Delivery Areas We deliver within South Africa only — all major cities and surrounding areas including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban, and Port Elizabeth. No international shipping.

Shipping Costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address, order size, and weight via Bob Go / The Courier Guy.

Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a tracking number by email once dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes Allow 5–10 business days for delivery nationwide. Times may vary during peak periods (Black Friday, December holidays).

Large Item Deliveries (Beds & Bases) All deliveries are to your front door or building entrance only — no in-room placement or assembly. The courier will contact you to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to sign for the order.

Failed or Missed Deliveries If delivery fails, the courier will attempt a second delivery or contact you to reschedule. If the order is returned to our warehouse, re-delivery fees may apply. Please ensure your address and contact number are correct at checkout.

Tracking A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched, trackable via the Bob Go / The Courier Guy portal.
